NOTICE: Bill Pay will be unavailable beginning May 31st at 5:00 p.m. due to our core conversion upgrade. Bill Pay will be back up on June 2nd, we are anticipating by late morning or early afternoon of June 2nd. Last bill pay processing date is May 31, 2017. Processing will resume June 2nd. All existing payees and scheduled payments will remain on your bill pay service account. Our Bill Pay will have a new look and feel after conversion.
It will only be accessible through your PALCO@Home account with our new Single Sign On (SSO). For more information on SSO see our FAQ section. If you do not currently have PALCO@Home you will need to sign up for this service to access your Bill Pay Account.
