When you log into PALCO FCU Online Banking for the first time after our upgrade, you will be required to enter an initial Login ID and Security Code (Password).
Your initial Login information is as follows:
LOGIN ID:

Logon ID: Account #; If < 6 digits, add leading zeros   (Ex: 001234)  
Password/Security Code:
-
security + last 4 of Primary Account Holders Social Security Number   (Ex: security1234)  
You will be prompted to change your Login ID and Security Code.
Once these are changed, you will use your NEW Login ID and Security Code the next time you log into PALCO FCU Online Banking.
Please note: If you have not logged into web banking within the last 12 months, you are required to re-enroll.
