Branch Manager:
PALCO Federal Credit Union is a member-focused Credit Union. We are searching for a Branch Manager that would be able to manage all activities of daily operations and long-term organizational growth. This position reports directly to the President/CEO as the highest ranking official of the Credit Union. This position requires a minimum of 2 years’ management experience in a financial institution; with experience in the areas of lending, accounting, personnel supervision and reporting / compliance.
Candidates with Credit Union or Banking experience as an Officer and a minimum of a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance are highly preferred.

Full Time Member Service Representative:
PALCO Federal Credit Union is a member-focused Credit Union. We are currently searching for a Full Time Member Service Representative who would be responsible for processing deposits/payments and disbursing funds. The candidate must maintain and balance cash drawers with current cash handling procedures and is expected to comply with all BSA/USA Patriot Act Regulations, including but not limited to notifying supervisors of suspicious activity and excessive cash withdrawals. Additionally, the candidate will be required to take loan application as needed. Candidate must maintain member and Credit Union confidentiality. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, effective communication skills, posses a high level of interpersonal skills, and has prior computer experience including data input. Applicants with previous cash handling experience will be given priority consideration.
